How can I view my list of potential tenants?

As a host, you can view a list of potential tenants: people looking for accommodation near yours. These profiles are automatically filtered based on the characteristics of your listings. Here is how to access it, and what to do if the list seems empty.

How can I access potential tenants?

You must first have at least one published listing. Then, go to your Host Space, in the Tenants section.

What is this list for?

This list gathers tenants looking for accommodation near your listing. By clicking on "Suggest my listing", the tenant will receive your listing details. They can then contact you directly if they are interested.

How to filter the profiles?

To refine your search, several filters are available:

  • The relevant listing
  • The desired arrival month
  • With or without a profile picture
  • Whether or not the tenant's identity is verified
  • Profiles already contacted or not, and archived profiles

I don't see any potential tenants, what should I do?

Don't panic. In the vast majority of cases, it is a matter of calendar. The availability of your listing is a criterion that is taken into account: a tenant will only appear in the list if the period they are looking for is free in your listing's calendar.

However, tenants are almost always searching for upcoming dates. If your calendar is not up to date, or if the coming weeks are marked as unavailable, no profiles will appear, even if there is demand in your area.

First and foremost, check your listing's calendar in your Host Space, under the Calendar section, and make sure to open the future periods during which you can host a tenant. Once the calendar is up to date, check the list again: new profiles should appear.

Good to know

When you click on "Suggest my listing", a notification is sent to the tenant (by email or via Roomlala messaging, depending on their preferences).

How to disable notifications?

If you no longer wish to receive emails about potential new tenants, go to your Host Space, in the Tenants section. At the top of the page, simply uncheck the box dedicated to notifications. Your preferences are saved automatically.
