As a tenant, you can request a refund for your Premium Pass if all eligibility conditions are met.

Your request is only admissible if the Pass ended less than 7 days ago.

During the Pass's validity period (according to the relationship creation date), there must be no relationships with any of these statuses:
- Confirmed
- Canceled by yourself

There must be no exchange of contact information (email or phone) in the relationship messages during the Pass period. This verification is performed automatically by AI analysis.

Your profile must be complete:
- profile picture present
- identity verified

Decision

If all the above conditions are met, your Pass is eligible for a refund. Otherwise, a refund is not possible.
