As a host, what are the benefits of the Premium Pass?

Are you hesitating to subscribe to a Premium Pass? Here is exactly what it changes for you as a host.

Communicate freely with your tenants

Without a Premium Pass, you can only communicate via Roomlala messaging. With the Pass, you unlock the ability to exchange contact details with interested tenants: email, phone, or organizing a viewing or meeting. You secure bookings faster and more easily.

Stop paying service fees

For online bookings, a 3% service fee is deducted from the amount paid to you. With the Premium Pass, these fees are deducted from your bookings, up to the amount of your Pass and according to the terms of use: you receive your rent without service fees.

One exception to keep in mind: if you have activated the "I cover the service fees" option on a listing, the Pass only covers your 3% share. The portion you chose to pay on behalf of your tenant remains due. It makes sense: the Pass removes your fees, not those you voluntarily choose to cover to make your listing more attractive.

Go to your personal space, in the Premium Pass section. The Pass is available for 1 or 12 months, with a price clearly displayed before payment. If you have a promotional code, you can apply it directly on this page.
