Automatic Renewal of the Premium Pass
You believe that Roomlala renewed your Premium Pass and made a charge without your consent.
We understand this can be surprising.
However, as stated at the time of subscription and in our general terms of use, the Premium Pass is automatically renewed.
This information is also recalled in the confirmation email sent when subscribing to the Premium Pass. If you subscribed to a 12-month Pass, a reminder notification is sent 3 months before its expiration.
You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your account, in the section My account > Premium Pass.
- Roomlala never automatically refunds a Premium Pass that has been automatically renewed.
- However, the Premium Pass can only be refunded at its expiration, if you meet certain criteria, depending on whether you are a tenant or a host.
