I am subletting my furnished and fully equipped apartment for a period to be agreed upon together.

Water and internet are included in the rent. Heating and electricity will be adjusted according to the length of your stay.

The apartment consists of two main rooms. The first is an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The second room includes the living room, bedroom, and an office space.

Located on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator, the effort of accessing it is quickly forgotten thanks to the breathtaking view and privacy.

Amenities include an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stovetop, and a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a 140x200cm double bed with a memory foam mattress (Emma brand). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
