Sub-rental of a room from November 1st (Paris - 75011)

Good morning,

My roommate is leaving, I am subletting a room in our apartment from November 1st, for a minimum period of one month.

It is located near Parmentier, in the 11th arrondissement. The street is quiet, a stone's throw from a nice square with restaurants and bars, and a stone's throw from Rue Oberkampf (shops and supermarkets).

The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a large bedroom, a small bedroom (in the living room, closed with curtains), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom/toilet.

The rental would concern the large private bedroom.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm 24 years old, I'm an urban planner, I work in an association. I'm at the apartment nights and a few evenings a week and I'm not there every weekend. You will therefore be able to enjoy the apartment alone for a certain part of the time.
