Attic room approximately 14 m² (floor space), with a dressing area and new bedding (120x200). For one person only.
Common areas: modern equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bright living room, two terraces by the river.
Suitable for a professionally active, calm, and respectful person, with an employment contract in the region. Housing not suitable for a party lifestyle.
Rent includes utilities. Mandatory parking space if you have a vehicle (additional cost). Contract renewable monthly. Termination: one month's notice for the end of a month.
