I'm looking for a roommate for a 110 m² apartment. Everything is furnished except the bedroom, which I'll leave to your liking (I have an extra mattress, so you can add a box spring).
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all cooking equipment. Laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer, and vacuum cleaner. No TV (personal choice, you can add one if you wish).
2 bathrooms, the larger one with a bathtub, left for the future roommate.
Apartment set back from traffic with a private recycling center for the apartments. Located a 7-minute walk from the train station and shops, with a shopping center nearby.
Private indoor parking, one space only, but outdoor parking is available.
Possibility to stay for only 1 month.
