The room has a private bathroom and separate toilet. It is equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and crockery for one person.
The accommodation also offers WIFI connection, is non-smoking and has easy access to the motorway. Parking is easy, with two hours of free parking with the blue disc from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., except public holidays.
The lessor ensures the maintenance of the accommodation, the washing of household linen and changes the sheets every 15 days. An end-of-stay cleaning fee of €50 is required.
