Room On Courtyard At La Butte Aux Cailles (Paris - 75013)

The room is quiet on the courtyard side and silent.
It is around 12m2 and is not overly furnished so it remains relatively spacious and pleasant, it does not feel cramped.
Especially since you have an almost "private" part of the place with a hallway and the bathroom which are separate from the rest of the apartment.

See image of the plan --> The bedroom is the one indicated "bedroom 1".
Of course you have access to the kitchen. And you can even have a "personal" fridge
(I have 2 fridges/freezers 1 meter high --> each his own ;)...)

The arrival and departure times are indicated for information only: There can be a lot of flexibility for these times (very early arrival or very late departure) depending on my personal requirements. Call us if you have special requests for these departure/arrival times

I accept a 2nd person with a supplement of 10€ per stay (sheets and energy costs)
