I am still looking for someone to replace my roommate who is going to leave our apartment in Clichy.
We are in an apartment for a shared accommodation of 2 people, 43.12m2 on the 3rd floor without elevator in Clichy (92110), opposite the town hall (views from the rooms onto the town hall square so not overlooked), very calm and bright. With living room, kitchen, bathroom and large shared closet, 50m from the Mairie de Clichy metro station (line 13), 10 minutes walk from the Porte de Clichy metro station (lines 13, 14 and RER C), very close to Paris with all shops nearby.
Furnished apartment, electric heating, induction hob, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave.
The rent is inclusive of charges.
As for the deposit, the agency that takes care of the apartment offers to transfer the deposit. It will be enough to pay the amount of €587 (this is the rent without charges of €1174 divided by 2) to my
