We are Yann and Thomas, two recently graduated research engineers and friends. We live in a superb apartment in Montrouge, and we're looking for our future roommate to replace the third member of the team who is moving out in mid-April.

The Apartment & The Room 🏠

The building is recent (around 2010), located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It's a furnished apartment, with good cross-ventilation and perfectly equipped:
- Large living room with a balcony and TV.
- Modern kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.).
- Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a separate toilet.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- Your future bedroom: very bright (south-east facing), it overlooks a tree-lined courtyard with no direct view into it. It has a 140 cm double bed.
