I am offering a room of approximately 12 square meters, with an extra bed, in a shared house (we are currently two people) in a 1977 house located in a quiet, green residential area of Carvin, 300 meters from the town center. The house itself is 80 square meters, and the garden is almost 400 square meters. Carvin is located halfway between Lens and Lille, where there are universities. The town, with 18,000 inhabitants, has shops and several advantages, including its proximity to the A1 motorway and the Libercourt train station, which provides connections to Lille and Arras. It is also well-served by bus networks to Lens and Lille, including the Bulle 5 and line 883. The town also has some sports facilities, including an aquatic center that opened almost three years ago.
