We rent a room of approximately 15m2 with private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space and a shelter for the winter, as well as access to the garden. The place is calm and peaceful.

The bedroom is furnished with a new 120/200 bed, including bed linen and towels.

We are looking for a single person who owns a car, is calm and organized, and is a non-smoker.

In the rent, all costs are included. A security deposit equivalent to the rent will be requested in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay. Cleaning fee chf 40 at the end of the stay

Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer and winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 hour from Lausanne and 1 hour from Geneva. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.

The place is quiet and noise-free, and offers many opportunities for walks in the surrounding area.
