The room is comfortable and has a private bathroom. You will also have access to the kitchen and common areas.

Please note: The dining room is currently undergoing a renovation, including painting and minor renovations. This explains the attractive rate offered.

I reside on the premises and ensure that I maintain a clean, respectful and peaceful environment.

For personal reasons, I have a preference for hosting a woman, feeling more comfortable with this type of cohabitation.
