Following some unpleasant experiences this year, I would like to clarify that: - I am renting a room, not my house. - Use of the kitchen is limited to the preparation of simple, quick, and odorless meals, and access to the terrace for dining. - One load of laundry per week, detergent not provided. The house is close to shops and public transportation. For sports and hiking enthusiasts, the nearby hills offer great opportunities for outdoor activities. I prefer a female-only rental for mutual comfort and active stays.
