In a detached villa in an ideal location, we rent a beautiful, bright bedroom with an office (two unfurnished rooms), ideal for a student. Spaces such as the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, terrace, and garden are shared.
The location is quiet and close to the University of Sart Tilman and Liège city center. Many shops and services, as well as public transportation, are easily accessible.
The other occupants of the house are myself and, every other week, my two student daughters, aged 21 and 16.
Parking is easy.
The furniture in the office is provided for illustrative purposes only and is not part of the rental. These are two unfurnished rooms.
