I am looking for a roommate to live with me in a large 3-room apartment, ideally between 22 and 38 years old, an active person or student, not allergic to cat hair.
The accommodation is well located and well served: 300m from the RER C Vitry-sur-Seine station, 15 minutes walk from metro 7, close to bus stops 217, 180, 182 and the Noctilien, a Vélib station. Parking is free in the area and there is a bicycle storage room in the building. The building is a quiet and very secure condominium with a divided garden. The small garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The apartment is bright, dual-aspect and consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, shared pantry and dressing room.
