Good morning,
I rent an independent room with private shower room (toilet and sink) in a large duplex apartment of 88 m2, located at the foot of tram D, with terrace. The bedroom is fully equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a dressing room and a desk table. Wifi, sheets and towels are available.

There are many local shops. The apartment is welcoming and is located in a very pleasant residence, quiet and conducive to well-being. The common rooms include a living room with an equipped kitchen giving access to the terrace, as well as a very large bathroom (with bathtub) to share.

I prefer requests with a photo accompanied by a short presentation. A visit to the premises and a prior meeting would be a plus to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Some rules for living well together: the kitchen and the dining room are common spaces, everyone must clean after using these shared places. Mutual friendliness and discretion are appreciated. It is a quiet place.
