Each roommate will benefit from exclusively private spaces including a bathroom with toilet and a single bedroom. The bedroom has a large bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and electric shutters, among others. In total, the apartment is intended to be shared by two roommates.
The shared spaces include the entrance, the living room, the kitchen and the terrace. This shared accommodation offer is exclusively open to a lady. The proposed lease will be adapted according to the status of the tenant: employee, student, apprentice, or as part of a mobility lease.
In addition, it is possible to have a closed garage in the basement for one vehicle.

There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.
