30 days are available in July-August: 1 or 2 occupants in 2 bedrooms (one already reserved in September).
The bathrooms are on the same level (2 showers) and the kitchenette are shared.
Access to the accommodation (49 m² in total) is via a private entrance.
The large 24 m² bedroom includes a sleeping area and a small living room.
Bed and bath linens are NOT PROVIDED. We handle the cleaning and dishwashing.
This space will be available for the 2025 academic year: the E. Pisani vocational high school (BTS, CFA, CFPPA) is accessible on foot or by bike (shelter) 1.4 km away. The train station, buses, shops, and amenities are 400-500 m away.
15 km south of Saumur, 13-15 km from Doué AFPA, Zoo, and 14 km from Center Park Trois-Moutiers.
