Our apartment is a duplex located on the second and top floor of our building. It's a pleasant place to live. Please note that we're currently renovating, so for a 5-star standard, you'd have to look elsewhere. Our atmosphere is rather down-to-earth! We offer an 18 m² room for rent on the upper floor of our duplex. This room has a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, as well as a low chest of drawers and a rack for hanging your clothes. Nearby, you'll find shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is a ten-minute walk away. As for public transportation, a bus stop connecting to the train station and the city center is a five-minute walk away. The bus/tram ride takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Please note: We would like to inform our tenants that we have a cat and a puppy living here permanently. The rent includes utilities (water and common areas). Electricity bills will be shared monthly between the residents.
