Description
I am retired and I rent a room with a desk and internet access in my house where I live with my husband who is also retired. I provide a private bathroom/WC and the possibility of using the common rooms while respecting the users, with the possibility of breakfast for €5 per person.
My house is adjoining my son's family, his wife and their 2 children (4 years old and 1 year old). We are in a “country town” environment. It is possible to access a bus stop 10 minutes away on foot. There is a small supermarket and various shops 1.9 km away.
We are 13 km from Grasse, 15 km from Cannes and 21 km from Nice airport. We are 8 km from the University of Sophia Antipolis. If you have a car, you can park next to the house without problem. Possibility of bus on demand with Envy bus in the Casa area.
