Double room of 21m² for rent in Strasbourg-Cronenbourg (Strasbourg - 67200)

We are renting a 21 m² double room with a sleeping area (comfortable double bed) and a living area with a dining space (1 table, 1 chair, 1 armchair, mini-oven, and mini-fridge) on the upper floor of our duplex. You can heat up food, but cooking is not permitted. The living/dining room, kitchen, and toilet on the ground floor are private. Upstairs, there is a shared shower and a separate toilet reserved for female residents.

Our apartment is a duplex on the second floor of the building. It is currently being renovated and may not be suitable for those who are fastidious about cleanliness. A young woman already lives on the premises, which is why this rental is exclusively for women. We have two cats and one dog.

Rentals are for 3 to 7 days, renewable upon request. Utilities and electricity are included in the rental price.

Cleaning fees are payable upon arrival, and the security deposit will be returned on the last day, subject to the condition of the room.
