I rent 1 clean & cozy double room to 2 people in my apartment.
The home environment is good, healthy, calm and safe.
My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and many other points of interest.
20 min walk from the beach. Very well connected by public transport.
The building is renovated and has an elevator.
On the floor I live alone with my 2 lovely cats. They are calm and affectionate.
