I provide two bedrooms on the first floor of my house. They are each 14m² with 160x200 beds and wardrobes. There is also an open office space of 7m², a bathroom and a separate toilet. Possibility of adding a single futon for a light person (e.g. child)

The occupants of the 2 bedrooms will share the common space upstairs. The ground floor of the house is available with the possibility of using the kitchen. The garden has a table, chairs, two relaxers and a large parasol. It is easy to park in front of the house.

The train station which directly serves Paris (Saint Lazare station) and the La Défense district is between 5 and 7 minutes on foot, depending on each person's walking speed. Buses leading to the RER and tram are less than 4 minutes away. Shops are 200m away.

The Palace of Versailles is located 10 km away. The forest, parks and banks of the Seine are within walking distance.
