2-room apartment for rent furnished in house with outdoor terrace (Saujon - 17600)
I am offering rentals only under a student lease (for a maximum period of 9 months) or a mobility lease (for job transfers, internships, apprenticeships, etc., for a maximum period of 10 months). This is a one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a furnished house, with another tenant occupying the upper floor.
The apartment, measuring 46 m², has been completely renovated. It includes a fitted and equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a living room, an office, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, a small courtyard is furnished with a pergola, a table, chairs, and garden furniture.
I am looking for a single person, very clean and tidy, given the quality of my accommodation.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Saujon train station, offering easy access to Royan, Saintes, and other destinations, the location also offers convenient bus access to various destinations, including La Rochelle. Within driving distance are a Super U supermarket, an Intermarché, and an Aldi. Saujon, a town of 7,600 inhabitants, also offers afternoon thalassotherapy sessions at the spa.
